Sage offers an annual maintenance agreement that is renewable each year.  The agreement allows for regularly scheduled visits intended to minimize unscheduled interruptions in production.  The average PM visit takes one Technician at least one day on-site to accomplish, and covers the following:

• Inspect the complete system.
• Clean, and inspect all axis motion tracks including rails/ways, bearings, cam followers, etc., make minor adjustments or replace components as necessary.
• Inspect all belts, for tension and condition. 
• Check and fill grease/oil containers and refill as required.
• Clean or replace air cleaner on control cabinet and computer.
• Check end effecter for loose setscrews and worn parts.
• Check all air cylinders and control valves for leaks.
• Perform Safety audit of all equipment.
• All PM procedures and critical adjustments will be performed, where possible, with customer personnel reviewing for training purposes.
• A joint audit of customer’s spare parts stock can be conducted to ensure that minimal requirements are on-hand.  If needed, the technician can place an order for replacements.
